Sidephone

Sidephone is a community-driven project, operated as Side Technologies, that designs premium modular “dumbphones” like the SP‑01 to help people stay offline and reduce smartphone distractions, while still offering essential Android-based functions and swappable keypads. It was founded by Chris Ristovski in Toronto, with OS development led by Sebastian Snell in New York and manufacturing overseen by Laurent Le Pen, and has grown around an active user community, including the r/Sidephone subreddit.
